Staff Sergeant Araiza’s photo was the runaway favorite for February photos in the area of responsibility for the U.S. Africa Command. Check out his terrific photo below of U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Geoff Shepelew reenlisting underwater off the coast of Djibouti.
